Abstract
Pembelajaran yang optimal merupakan pembelajaran yang memperhatikan kebutuhan dan latar belakang siswa sebagai acuan dalam merencanakan pembelajaran dan memilih strategi pembelajaran yang baik. Seorang guru memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam memberikan pembelajaran yang optimal dan bermakna bagi siswa. Pada konteks kelas yang di observasi, siswa memiliki gaya belajar yang berbeda-beda dan memiliki tingkat kepedulian terhadap teman yang tinggi serta memiliki kemampuan kognitif yang berbeda-beda. Beberapa faktor ini dan topik pembelajaran yang diajarkan kepada siswa yaitu sejarah bangsa Indonesia menjadi acuan bagi guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran menggunakan strategi inquiry based learning dengan metode kooperatif. Metode kooperatif merupakan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada keterlibatan dan kerjasama siswa dalam diskusi pada kelompok kecil. Dalam pembelajaran ini siswa diharapkan dapat memahami kedaulatan dan pemeliharaan Allah dalam sejarah suatu bangsa. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian persiapan formatif dan penilaian formatif, dapat dilihat bahwa siswa dianggap berhasil dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Hasil penilaian siswa tidak lepas dari adanya diskusi kelompok yang menolong siswa saling menolong dan melengkapi. Hal ini menjadi hal baik yang dapat terus diterapkan untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran siswa. Namun metode kooperatif memiliki kelemahan dalam menilai siswa secara individu. Oleh karena itu, sebagai rencana tindak lanjut kedepannya sebaiknya diberikan beberapa penilaian yang dapat mengukur pemahaman siswa secara individu. / Optimal learning is learning that takes into account students' needs and backgrounds as a reference in planning learning and choosing good learning strategies. A teacher has a very important role in providing optimal and meaningful learning for students. In the classroom context observed, students have different learning styles and have a high level of concern for friends and have different cognitive abilities. Several of these factors and the learning topics taught to students, namely the history of the Indonesian nation, become references for teachers in planning learning using strategies inquiry based learning with cooperative methods. The cooperative method is learning that emphasizes student involvement and cooperation in discussions in small groups. In this lesson, students are expected to be able to understand God's sovereignty and providence in the history of a nation. Based on the results of the formative preparation assessment and formative assessment, it can be seen that students are considered successful in achieving the expected learning objectives. The results of student assessments cannot be separated from group discussions that help students help and 2 complement each other. This is a good thing that can continue to be implemented to improve student learning outcomes. However, the cooperative method has weaknesses in assessing individual students. Therefore, as a future follow-up plan, several assessments should be given that can measure individual student understanding.
