Latar Belakang: Polusi udara memiliki hubungan tertentu dengan lesi interstisial paru-paru, nefritis lupus, penurunan fungsi reproduksi, dan kerusakan sistem lain pada pasien LES. Dari gejala dan faktor risiko tersebut berdampak pada Kualitas hidup pasien LES. Prevalensi peningkatan polusi udara dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya pada pasien LES masih perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui hubungan antara polusi udara dan faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien LES di Siloam Hospital Lippo Village periode Mei – Juli 2024. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei – Juli 2024 secara potong lintang terhadap 90 subjek yang berobat di Poliklinik Alergi Imunologi Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisis bivariat dengan uji Independent T-test dan Mann Whitney-U dan regresi linier untuk multivariat. Hasil: Data kunjungan pertama (p 0,390) dan kedua (p 0,416) disimpulkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara polusi udara dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien LES di Siloam Hospital Lippo Village. Prevalensi responden yang mengalami polusi udara buruk adalah 92,2% (n=83). Dilakukan analisis bivariat, kualitas hidup pasien LES memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan skala nyeri (p<0,001) dan ansietas (p<0,001). Pada analisis multivariat dengan regresi linier, terdapat korelasi negatif antara skala nyeri dengan kualitas hidup pasien LES pada kunjungan pertama didapatkan R square 0,368 dengan skala nyeri (ß = -0,243, p = <0,001) dan ansietas (ß = -9,856, p = <0,001). Lalu pada kunjungan kedua R square 0,315 dengan skala nyeri (ß = -0,186, p = <0,001) dan ansietas (ß = -10,581, p = 0,002), yang berarti skala nyeri paling berpengaruh dengan kualitas hidup pasien LES. Tidak ada hubungan antara polusi udara, rawat inap, status sosioekonomi, aktivitas penyakit, depresi, dan dosis kortikosteroid terhadap kualitas hidup. Kesimpulan: Polusi udara yang terpapar dengan pasien LES mayoritas buruk berdasarkan Indeks Kualitas Udara, tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup pasien LES. Sementara itu, skala nyeri dan ansietas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup pasien LES. These symptoms and risk factors have an impact on the quality of life of SLE patients. The increased prevalence of air pollution and the factors that influence it in SLE patients still need further investigation. Objective: To determine the relationship between air pollution and factors related to quality of life in SLE patients at Siloam Hospital Lippo Village for the period May to July 2024. Method: This research was conducted from May to July 2024 in a cross-sectional manner on 90 subjects who came to the Allergy Immunology Polyclinic at Siloam Lippo Village Hospital according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Bivariate analysis with Independent T-test and Mann Whitney-U test and linear regression for multivariate. Result: Data from the first (p 0.390) and second (p 0.416) visits concluded that there was no significant relationship between air pollution and quality of life in SLE patients at Siloam Hospital Lippo Village. The prevalence of respondents who experienced bad air pollution was 92.2% (n=83). Bivariate analysis was carried out, the quality of life of SLE patients had a significant relationship with the pain scale (p<0.001) and anxiety (p<0.001). In multivariate analysis with linear regression, there was a negative correlation between the pain scale and the quality of life of SLE patients at the first visit, an R square of 0.368 was obtained with the pain scale (ß = -0.243, p = <0.001) and anxiety (ß = -9.856, p = < 0.001). Then at the second visit the R square was 0.315 with the pain scale (ß = -0.186, p = <0.001) and anxiety (ß = -10.581, p = 0.002), which means the pain scale has the most influence on the quality of life of SLE patients. There was no relationship between air pollution, hospitalization, socioeconomic status, disease activity, depression, and corticosteroid dose on quality of life. Conclusion: The majority of air pollution to which SLE patients are exposed is poor based on the Air Quality Index, but has no influence on the quality of life of SLE patients. Meanwhile, pain and anxiety scales have a significant influence on the quality of life of SLE patients.
