Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran penting pada perekonomian yang ada pada negara di Indonesia, dengan data yang berasal dari Kemenkop UKM pada tahun 2019 menunjukkan bahwa UMKM mencakup sebesar 99,99 % dari keseluruhan bisnis yang ada pada negara Indonesia. Kehadiran UMKM ini tentunya mendukung kemajuan ekonomi yang ada pada negara Indonesia dan mengurangi besarnya jumlah pengangguran, dengan cara 97% dari angkatan kerja diserap oleh para UMKM. Meskipun jumlah UMKM pada negara Indonesia banyak, Tentunya banyak juga yang gulung tikar dikarenakan produk mereka belum bisa menyaingi produk perusahaan besar ataupun produk impor. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian dilakukan untuk mencari cara memperkecil peluang kegagalan UMKM dengan mengkaji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, media sosial, dan hubungan manajerial terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Jambi. Dalam penelitian ini tentunya penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dimana Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survei online menggunakan Google Form, yang mendapatkan partisipasi dari 218 responden. Namun, setelah proses seleksi, 11 responden tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan, sehingga hanya 207 responden yang datanya valid dan dapat digunakan untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Peneliti menggunakan perangkat lunak SMART PLS 4 untuk memproses data dari 207 responden tersebut dalam rangka menguji hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian tentunya tunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara orientasi kewirausahaan, media sosial, dan hubungan manajerial, terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Jambi./ Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the economy of Indonesia, with data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in 2019 showing that MSMEs cover 99.99% of all businesses in Indonesia. The presence of MSMEs certainly supports the economic progress of Indonesia and reduces the amount of unemployment, with 97% of the workforce being absorbed by MSMEs. Even though the number of MSMEs in Indonesia is large, many of them have gone out of business because their products cannot compete with the products of large companies or imported products. To overcome this problem, research was conducted to find ways to reduce the chances of failure of MSMEs by examining the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, social media, and managerial relationships on the performance of MSMEs in Jambi City. In this research, of course, the author used quantitative methods, where this research was carried out through an online survey using Google Form, which received participation from 218 respondents. However, after the screening process, 11 respondents did not meet the specified criteria, so only 207 respondents had valid data and could be used for further analysis. Researchers used SMART PLS 4 software to process data from 207 respondents in order to test the hypotheses proposed in the research. The research results certainly show that there is a positive influence between the entrepreneurial orientation of social media and managerial relationships on the performance of MSMEs in Jambi City.
