Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis serta membahas tentang Pengaruh Management Skills, R&D Capability, Technical Expertise, dan Complementary Capabilities terhadap Competitive Advantage di perusahaan Houseware. Di era persaingan global yang semakin ketat, perusahaan Houseware dituntut untuk terus berinovasi dan mengembangkan Competitive Advantage yang berkelanjutan. Variabel yang dipertimbangkan meliputi Management Skills untuk mengelola sumber daya dan proses, R&D Capability untuk mengembangkan produk inovatif, Technical Expertise untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, serta Complementary Capabilities yang memungkinkan sinergi antar fungsi dalam perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yaitu dimana dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner kepada manajer, supervisor dan karyawan di berbagai departemen pada sebuah perusahaan Houseware. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan beberapa karyawan, supervisor dan manajer dari berbagai Perusahaan yang menjual peralatan rumah tangga dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 281 responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Non- Probability dengan jenis Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Technical Expertise berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap R&D Capability di Perusahaan Houseware. Management Skills berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap R&D Capability di Perusahaan Houseware, R&D Capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Complementary Capabilities di Perusahaan Houseware, R&D Capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Competitive Advantage di Perusahaan Houseware, Complementary Capabilities berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Competitive Advantage di Perusahaan Houseware./ The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the Influence of Management Skills, R&D Capability, Technical Expertise, and Complementary Capabilities on Competitive Advantage in Houseware companies. In an era of increasingly tight global competition, Houseware companies are required to continue to innovate and develop sustainable Competitive Advantage. The variables considered include Management Skills to manage resources and processes, R&D Capability to develop innovative products, Technical Expertise to improve product quality, and Complementary Capabilities that enable synergy between functions in the company. The sampling technique used is a quantitative method, namely by collecting data through questionnaires to managers, supervisors and employees in various departments in a Houseware company. The population used in this study were several employees, supervisors and managers from various companies that sell household appliances with a sample used of 281 respondents. Determination of the sample using Non- Probability with Purposive Sampling type. The results of this study indicate that Technical Expertise has a positive and significant effect on R&D Capability in Houseware Companies. Management Skills has a positive and significant effect on R&D Capability in Houseware Companies, R&D Capability has a positive and significant effect on Complementary Capabilities in Houseware Companies, R&D Capability has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage in Houseware Companies, Complementary Capabilities has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage in Houseware Companies.
