Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi, kreativitas, dan leadership terhadap strategi pengembangan bisnis pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di bidang kuliner. UMKM di sektor kuliner merupakan salah satu pilar utama perekonomian Indonesia yang menghadapi tantangan persaingan yang ketat serta perubahan tren pasar yang dinamis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pengembangan bisnis yang efektif untuk menjaga daya saing dan kelangsungan usaha. Penelitian ini telah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dimana akan menggunakan metode survei. Metode ini melibatkan pemilik dan pengelola UMKM kuliner sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur variabel inovasi, kreativitas, leadership, dan strategi pengembangan bisnis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. 2 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi, kreativitas, dan leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi pengembangan bisnis UMKM di bidang kuliner. Inovasi memungkinkan pelaku usaha menciptakan produk baru dan metode pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Kreativitas mendorong munculnya ide-ide segar yang membantu dalam diferensiasi produk, sementara leadership yang baik memastikan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan memotivasi tim untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis. Kombinasi ketiga faktor ini terbukti meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha UMKM kuliner. / This research aims to analyze the influence of innovation, creativity, and leadership on business development strategies in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector. MSMEs in the culinary sector are one of the main pillars of Indonesia's economy, facing the challenges of intense competition and dynamic market trends. Therefore, effective business development strategies are needed to maintain competitiveness and business sustainability. This study has employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. This method involves the owners and managers of culinary MSMEs as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the variables of innovation, creativity, leadership, and business development strategies. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques to determine the extent of the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that innovation, creativity, and leadership have a positive and significant impact on the business development strategies of MSMEs in the culinary sector. Innovation enables entrepreneurs to create new products and more effective marketing methods. Creativity encourages the emergence of fresh ideas that assist in product differentiation, while good leadership ensures sound decision-making and motivates the team to achieve business goals. The combination of these three factors has proven to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of culinary MSMEs.
