Abstract

Telkomsel users experienced a decline in satisfaction that can be seen from the total review this was suspected due to application ease of use, reliability, and responsiveness. The aim of this research is to analyze whether application ease of use, reliability, and responsiveness have partial and simultaneous influence on satisfaction. Application ease of use, reliability, and responsiveness have an important role in shaping satisfaction decision. Application ease of use, reliability, and responsivenesare highly connected with satisfaction, loyalty, revenues and positive reviews. In this research, the writer used quantitative research design and IBM SPSS statistics V. 26. The writer used descriptive and causal approach. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. The sample size was 140 respondents use My Telkomsel and ever contact customer service. This research also passed the validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Y = 6.410+ 0.403 X1+ 0.261 X2+ 0.337 X3.The results of hypothesis test showed that application ease of use, reliability, and responsiveness have an influence on satisfaction of Telkomsel users in Medan at either partial or simultaneous. Furthermore, application ease of use, reliability, and responsiveness have an influence of 51.2% on satisfaction, which is moderate in size. Recommendations for Telkomsel include can design the application to be lighter, improve the signal booster feature, and add features to the use of tools or customer service platforms so that complaint reporting and complaint resolution can be faster. / Pengguna Telkomsel mengalami penurunan kepuasan yang dapat dilihat dari total review hal ini diduga karena kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, keandalan, dan daya tanggap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, keandalan, dan daya tanggap berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan. Kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, keandalan, dan daya tanggap memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk keputusan kepuasan. Kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, keandalan, dan daya tanggap sangat berhubungan dengan kepuasan, loyalitas, pendapatan, dan ulasan positif. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan IBM SPSS statistics V. 26. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 responden yang menggunakan My Telkomsel dan pernah menghubungi customer service. Penelitian ini juga telah melewati uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan diperoleh persamaan Y = 6,410+ 0,403 X1+ 0,261 X2+ 0,337 X3. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, keandalan, dan daya tanggap memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna Telkomsel di Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Selain itu, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, keandalan, dan daya tanggap memiliki pengaruh sebesar 51,2% terhadap kepuasan yang termasuk berukuran sedang. Rekomendasi untuk Telkomsel antara lain dapat mendesain aplikasi menjadi lebih ringan, memperbaiki fitur penguat sinyal dan menambah fitur pada penggunaan tools atau platform layanan pelanggan sehingga pelaporan keluhan dan penyelesaian keluhan dapat lebih cepat.
