Abstract

CV Mandiri Express Mart merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan kebutuhan sehari-hari dan ingin meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan memberikan voucher diskon kepada pelanggan terbaik sebagai strategi loyalitas. Proses pemilihan pelanggan terbaik saat ini dilakukan secara manual, yang kurang efisien dan rentan terhadap ketidakakuratan akibat perhitungan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode simple additive weighting (SAW) untuk membantu CV Mandiri Express Mart dalam mengidentifikasi pelanggan terbaik secara akurat dan efisien, sehingga dapat menghemat waktu dan mengurangi kesalahan manusia. Metode SAW dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengevaluasi alternatif berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, menjadikannya cocok untuk sistem pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak atribut. Kriteria yang dipertimbangkan meliputi jumlah undangan member terbanyak, jumlah total pembelian, jumlah transaksi, dan poin member. SPK ini diimplementasikan dalam sistem penjualan berbasis web yang tidak hanya memudahkan proses seleksi pelanggan terbaik, tetapi juga menghasilkan laporan penjualan yang efektif dan efisien. Melalui sistem ini, CV Mandiri Express Mart mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan hasil pengujian. / CV Mandiri Express Mart is a business entity engaged in the sale of daily necessities and wants to increase customer satisfaction by providing discount vouchers to the best customers as a loyalty strategy. The process of selecting the best customers is currently done manually, which is less efficient and prone to inaccuracy due to manual calculations. This study aims to design a decision support system (DSS) using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method to help CV Mandiri Express Mart in identifying best customers accurately and efficiently, so it can save time and reduce human error. The SAW method was chosen because of its ability to evaluate alternatives based on certain criteria, making it suitable for decisionmaking systems with many attributes. The criteria considered include the largest number of member invitations, total number of purchases, number of transactions, and member points. This DSS is implemented in a web-based sales system that not only facilitates the process of selecting the best customers, but also produces effective and efficient sales reports. Through this system, CV Mandiri Express Mart obtained results consistent with the testing outcomes.
