Abstract

PT. Anugerah Kreasi Selaras, Medan experienced a decline in customer purchase decision which resulted in decreased container shipping transactions caused by trust, company image and timeliness. The objective of this study are investigate whether trust, company image and timeliness have influence partially and simultaneously purchase decision at PT. Anugerah Kreasi Selaras, Medan. Trust, company image and timeliness play an important role in increasing customers purchase decision can encourage increased container shipping transactions in a company. In this research, the writer used quantitative, descriptive, causal research design and IBM SPSS statistics. The sampling technique used was convenient sampling. The population in the study was 169 customers and sample size was 119 customers at PT. Anugerah Kreasi Selaras, Medan. This research passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Y = 1.540 + 0.412 X1 + 0.318 X2 + 0.695 X3. The results of hypothesis test showed that trust, company image and timeliness have influence partially and simultaneously purchase decision at PT. Anugerah Kreasi Selaras, Medan and adjusted R square value of 64.4%. Recommendations for PT. Anugerah Kreasi Selaras, Medan can improve tracking innovations in real time, company needs to provide an honest service so that all administration and use GPS for the entire customer container./ PT. Anugerah Kreasi Selaras, Medan mengalami penurunan keputusan pembelian pelanggan yang berakibat pada menurunnya transaksi pengiriman peti kemas yang disebabkan oleh kepercayaan, citra perusahaan dan ketepatan waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kepercayaan, citra perusahaan dan ketepatan waktu berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT. Anugerah Kreasi Selaras, Medan. Kepercayaan, citra perusahaan dan ketepatan waktu memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pelanggan yang dapat mendorong peningkatan transaksi pengiriman peti kemas di suatu perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, deskriptif, kausal dan statistik IBM SPSS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenient sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 169 pelanggan dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 119 pelanggan di PT. Anugerah Kreasi Selaras, Medan. Penelitian ini lolos uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan persamaannya adalah Y = 1,540 + 0,412 X1 + 0,318X2 + 0,695 X3. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, citra perusahaan dan ketepatan waktu berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Anugerah Kreasi Selaras, Medan dan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 64,4%. Rekomendasi untuk PT. Anugerah Kreasi Selaras, Medan dapat meningkatkan inovasi pelacakan secara real time, perusahaan perlu memberikan pelayanan yang jujur sehingga semua administrasi dan menggunakan GPS untuk seluruh kontainer pelanggan.
