Abstract

PT. Sumber Medika Alkes Medan, a medical supplies distributor based in Medan, Indonesia, was initially well-received by the community due to its strong relationships with companies. However, as more competitors entered the market with superior offerings, consumer interest shifted, leading to a decline in sales for PT. Sumber Medika Alkes. This decline has been attributed primarily to challenges in distribution, direct selling, and digital marketing strategies. The research population that will be used in this research is all customers who purchased company product during the 2023 period, totaling 662 customers. Because the total population used is 662 customers, the population will be reduced using the slovin sampling technique with a 90% confidence level and a 10% error which sample is 87 respondents. The sampling method that will be used is probability sampling which is the stratified sampling method which a population is divided into distinct subgroups, or "strata," that share similar characteristics. Data is measured by validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed using SPSS 26.00, the research model is being tested using normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and linearity test. The data also tested with linear regression, multiple linear regression, and coefficient of determination test, then hypothesis test are done with F-Test and t-Test. The study has indicated that distribution variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision at PT. Sumber Medika Alkes Medan. Direct selling variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision at PT. Sumber Medika Alkes Medan. Digital marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision at PT. Sumber Medika Alkes Medan. Distribution, direct selling, and digital marketing has a significant effect on purchase decision at PT. Sumber Medika Alkes Medan, meaning that the Purchase Decision variable can be explained by the Distribution, Direct Selling, and Digital Marketing variables by 52.4%, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors. / PT. Sumber Medika Alkes Medan, distributor alat kesehatan yang berkantor pusat di Medan, Indonesia, pada awalnya diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat karena hubungannya yang kuat dengan perusahaan. Namun, seiring dengan semakin banyaknya pesaing yang memasuki pasar dengan penawaran yang lebih unggul, minat konsumen pun bergeser, yang menyebabkan penurunan penjualan PT. Sumber Medika Alkes Medan. Penurunan ini terutama disebabkan oleh tantangan dalam strategi distribusi, penjualan langsung, dan pemasaran digital. Populasi penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan yang membeli produk perusahaan selama periode 2023, yang berjumlah 662 pelanggan. Karena jumlah populasi yang digunakan adalah 662 orang pelanggan, maka populasi akan dikurangi dengan menggunakan teknik sampling Slovin dengan tingkat kepercayaan 90% dan kesalahan 10% yang mana sampelnya sebanyak 87 responden. Metode sampling yang akan digunakan adalah probability sampling yaitu metode stratified sampling yang membagi populasi menjadi beberapa subkelompok, atau "strata," yang memiliki karakteristik serupa. Data diukur dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.00, model penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, dan linearitas. Data juga diuji dengan regresi linier, regresi linier berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi, kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan Uji-F dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Sumber Medika Alkes Medan. Variabel penjualan langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Sumber Medika Alkes Medan.Variabel pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Sumber Medika Alkes Medan. Distribusi, penjualanlangsung, dan pemasaran digital memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Sumber Medika Alkes Medan, yang berarti bahwa variabel Keputusan Pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Distribusi, Penjualan Langsung, dan Pemasaran Digital sebesar 52,4%, sementara 41,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
