Abstract

PT. Putra Berlian Plastiktama Medan experienced a decline in employee performance which resulted in decreased appraisal data caused by Competence, Work Discipline, and Work Environment. The objective of this study are investigate whether competence, work discipline, and work environment have partial and simultaneous significant influence towards employee performance at PT. Putra Berlian Plastiktama Medan. Competence, work discipline, and work environment play an important role in increasing employee performance. In this research, the writer used quantitative, descriptive, causal research design and IBM SPSS statistics version 27. The sampling technique used was convenient sampling. The population in the study was 135 employees and sample size was 105 employees at PT. Putra Berlian Plastiktama Medan. This research passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Y = 6.405 + 0.232 X1 + 0.089 X2+ 0.538 X3. The results of hypothesis test showed that competence, work discipline, and work environment have partial and simultaneous significant influence towards employee performance at PT. Putra Berlian Plastiktama Medan and adjusted R square value of 62.2%. Recommendations for PT. Putra Berlian Plastiktama Medan can conduct training, leader needs to show exemplary discipline and can renovate the production area to make it more soundproof. / PT. Putra Berlian Plastiktama Medan mengalami penurunan kinerja karyawan yang mengakibatkan menurunnya data penilaian yang disebabkan oleh Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Putra Berlian Plastiktama Medan. Kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, deskriptif, kausal, dan IBM SPSS statistik versi 27. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenient sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 135 karyawan dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 karyawan di PT. Putra Berlian Plastiktama Medan. Penelitian ini telah melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan diperoleh persamaan Y = 6,405 + 0,232 X1 + 0,089 X2 + 0,538 X3. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Putra Berlian Plastiktama Medan dan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 62,2%. Rekomendasi untuk PT. Putra Berlian Plastiktama Medan dapat melakukan pelatihan, pimpinan perlu menunjukkan keteladanan dalam hal kedisiplinan dan dapat merenovasi area produksi agar lebih kedap suara.
