Abstract

Perawat merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki risiko tinggi mengalami burnout syndrome akibat tekanan pekerjaan yang intens. Tingginya beban kerja sering kali tidak diimbangi dengan tingkat resiliensi yang memadai, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan burnout syndrome. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan resiliensi terhadap burnout perawat di Satu rumah sakit swasta Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 79 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Growth-Focused Resilience Scale (GFRS), beban kerja Nursalam dan Maslach Burnout Inventori yang telah dinyatakan valid oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa kendals tau B. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan 04 Februari 2025- 04 April 2025 no uji etic No.063/KEPFON/II/2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p value 0,00 yang berarti terdapat hubungan resiliensi, beban kerja terhadap burnout syndrome perawat di rumah sakit Swasta Bogor Disarankan pihak rumah sakit dapat memperhatikan terkait beban kerja dan reiliensi perawat agar tidak terjadi burnout syndrome. / Nurses are health workers who have a high risk of experiencing burnout syndrome due to intense work pressure. The high workload is often not balanced with adequate levels of resilience, thus potentially causing burnout syndrome. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between workload and resilience on nurse burnout in a Private Hospital in Bogo. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational design and a crosssectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 79 people. The instruments used in the study were the Growth-Focused Resilience Scale (GFRS) questionnaire, Nursalam workload and Maslach Burnout Inventory which have been declared valid by previous researchers. The data analysis technique used is Kendals tau B analysis. The study was conducted from February 4, 2025, to April 4, 2025, with ethical clearance number No.063/KEPFON/II/2025The results of the study showed a p value of 0.00, which means that there is a relationship between resilience and workload and burnout syndrome for a nurse working at a private hospital in Bogor, Indonesia. It is recommended that the hospital pay attention to the workload and resilience of nurses so that burnout syndrome does not occur.
