Abstract
Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan yang baik akan mendorong pencapaian visi dan misi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penilaian kinerja karyawan sudah seharusnya dilakukan oleh manajemen perusahaandengan tujuan mendapatkan hasil yang obyektif untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawanpada Perusahaan XYZ. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung dilakukan kepada 200 responden yang merupakan karyawan Perusahaan XYZ di Tangerang, Banten. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan dengan bantuan software SPSS (IBM Statistics 25). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan karyawan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel tersebut memberikan pengaruh sebesar 20% terhadap variabel kinerja, sementara 80% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh varibael lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. / Employee performance is one of the main factors in the success of a company. Good employee performance will encourage the achievement of the company's vision and mission. Therefore, employee performance appraisal should be carried out by company management with the aim of obtaining objective results to evaluate the factors that influence the performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction on employee performance at XYZ Company. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire. Direct questionnaires were distributed to 200 respondents who were XYZ Company employees in Tangerang, Banten. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This research approach is a quantitative approach and with the help of SPSS software (IBM Statistics 25). The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, organizational commitment and employee satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This variable gives an effect of 20% on the performance variable, while the other 80% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
