Abstract

Setiap perusahaan memiliki karyawan yang merupakan aspek penting untuk keberlangsungan dan perkembangan perusahaan. melalui penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mencari pengaruh dari budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Tunas Hijau Samarinda yang berjumlah 86 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala pengukuran yaitu skala likert, dengan data yang telah dikumpulkan, selanjutnya akan diuji menggunakan instrumen analisis yaitu SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja / Every company has employees who are an important aspect for the sustainability and development of the company. Through this research, the researcher wants to find the influence of organizational culture, leadership, and compensation on employee performance through work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT Tunas Hijau Samarinda, amounting to 86 people. This study uses non-probability sampling and uses a purposive sampling technique. In collecting data, the researcher distributed a questionnaire using a measurement scale, namely the Likert scale, with the data that had been collected, then it would be tested using an analytical instrument, namely SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the results of the analysis that has been conducted, it can be concluded that organizational culture affects employee performance, leadership affects employee performance, compensation affects employee performance, organizational culture work motivation affects employee performance, organizational culture affects work motivation, leadership affects work motivation, and compensation affects work motivation.
