Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job demands, job resources, and self-efficacy on teacher burnout at Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman elementary school Semarang in the pandemic era. The research subjects were 47 respondents using total population sampling technique. This research method uses a mix method with a sequential explanatory strategy. This method was chosen by processing quantitative data in the form of a questionnaire instrument first and using qualitative data in the form of interviews as a support. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression. The study found that there was an effect of job demands on burnout, but there was no effect of job resources and self-efficacy on burnout. The analysis results show the value of F Change 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is an effect of job demands, work resources, and self-efficacy simultaneously on the burnout with an effective contribution of 38.1%. / Tujuan dari studi ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh tuntutan pekerjaan, sumber daya pekerjaan, dan efikasi diri pada burnout guru di Sekolah Dasar Hj pada era pandemi. Isriati Baiturrahman Semarang. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 47 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sensus. Metode penelitian mix method dengan strategi eksplanatoris sekuensial dipilih dengan mengolah data kuantitatif berupa instrumen kuesioner terlebih dahulu dan menggunakan data kualitatif berupa wawancara sebagai pendukungnya. Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Studi menemukan terdapat pengaruh tuntutan pekerjaan pada burnout, namun tidak terdapat pengaruh sumber daya pekerjaan dan efikasi diri secara parsial pada burnout. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai F Change 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya terdapat pengaruh tuntutan pekerjaan, sumber daya pekerjaan, dan efikasi diri secara simultan pada burnout dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 38,1%.
