Abstract

Pembelajaran daring memberikan tantangan tersendiri khususnya bagi para guru dalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan yang ada, khususnya dalam menghadapi perilaku tidak disiplin siswa. Hal tersebut ditemukan penulis melalui pengalaman PPL 2 yang membuktikan banyaknya siswa kelas XI SMA yang menunjukkan perilaku tidak disiplin selama kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung. Guru sebagai rekan sekerja Allah perlu untuk menyadari dan melaksanakan perannya dalam mengatasi permasalahan di dalam kelas. Oleh karena itu, guru memerlukan berbagai upaya untuk mengatasi setiap perilaku tidak disiplin yang dilakukan siswa selama pembelajaran melalui perannya sebagai penuntun. Guru sebagai penuntun akan memerhatikan setiap perilaku tidak disiplin siswa dan memulihkan mereka kembali kepada jalan kebenaran Allah. Adapun permasalahan dan tujuan dari penulisan proyek akhir ini ialah memaparkan perilaku-perilaku tidak disiplin yang dilakukan siswa kelas XI SMA selama pembelajaran daring serta upaya-upaya yang dilakukan guru melalui perannya sebagai penuntun dalam mengatasi perilaku tidak disiplin siswa. Metode yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif. Berbagai upaya yang dilakukan guru sebagai penuntun mampu meminimalisasi perilaku tidak disiplin siswa, tetapi bukan sebuah upaya yang instan dan memberikan keberhasilan yang mutlak. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kajian yang berkelanjutan sehingga setiap upaya yang dilakukan guru mampu benar-benar mengatasi perilaku tidak disiplin siswa secara efektif. / Online learning provides its challenges, especially for teachers in dealing with various existing problems, especially in dealing with students' undisciplined behavior. This was found by the author through the experience of PPL 2 which proves that many students in class XI SMA show undisciplined behavior during learning activities. Teachers as God's co-workers need to realize and carry out their role in overcoming problems in the classroom. Therefore, teachers need various efforts to overcome any undisciplined behavior by students during learning through their role as guides. The teacher as a guide will pay attention to every student's undisciplined behavior and restore them to the path of God's truth. The problem and the purpose of writing this final project are to describe the undisciplined behavior of class XI high school students during online learning and the efforts made by the teacher through his role as a guide in overcoming students' undisciplined behavior. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Various efforts made by the teacher as a guide were able to minimize the undisciplined behavior of students, but it was not an instant effort and gave absolute success. Therefore, ongoing studies are needed so that every effort made by the teacher can really deal with the undisciplined behavior of students effectively.
