Abstract

Penelitian ini akan melakukan penelitian terhadap restoran dimsum Wing Heng di Indonesia, dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas makanan (perceived food quality), kewajaran harga (price fairness), nilai yang dirasakan pelanggan (perceived value), serta kepuasan pelanggan (satisfaction) dapat mempengaruhi niat mengunjungi kembali (revisit intention) dan WOM intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah restoran Wing Heng di Indonesia. Subjek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah mengunjungi dan melakukan transaksi pembelian produk makanan dari restoran Wing Heng di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability convenience sampling, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi 303 responden. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kualitas makanan yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kewajaran harga, kewajaran harga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai yang dirasakan pelanggan, nilai yang dirasakan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap WOM intention pada Restoran Wing Heng Indonesia.
