Abstract

1. Pelecehan seksual dan perundungan yang dilakukan guru terhadap murid merupakan masalah yang serius dalam pendidikan saat ini. Guru dalam masalah tersebut tidak mampu memandang murid sebagai ciptaan yang unik yang harus dikasihi dan dihormati. Hal ini tentunya akan berpengaruh pada karakter murid. Murid kemungkinan akan meniru apa yang dilakukan guru. Karya tulis ini dibuat untuk menjelaskan peran penting seorang guru Kristen dalam memberikan teladan kepada murid dan menjelaskan cara seorang guru Kristen menjalankan peran sebagai teladan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan filsafat estetika Kristen yang berkaitan dengan nilai keindahan. Guru Kristen dalam perannya sebagai teladan dimampukan oleh Roh Kudus untuk menunjukkan perilaku yang dapat membawa murid kepada pengenalan akan keindahan kasih Allah. Karya tulis ini dikaji berdasarkan kajian literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai seorang guru Kristen sebagai teladan memiliki tanggung jawab dalam merepresentasikan karakter Allah yaitu kasih. Guru dimampukan oleh Roh Kudus mengasihi dan menghormati murid sebagai bentuk teladan. Kasih juga dapat dirasakan melalui proses pembelajaran sehari-hari. Guru juga dapat menghadirkan pembelajaran yang holistis di dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai teladan. Kesimpulannya, guru Kristen sebagai teladan dapat memfasilitasi murid saling mengasihi di dalam kelas. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah menggali lebih lanjut mengenai peran guru yang dikaji dari aksiologi Kristen./ Sexual harassment and bullying by teachers against students is a serious problem in education today. The teacher in this case is not able to view the student as a unique creation that must be loved and respected. This of course will affect the character of students. Students are likely to imitate what the teacher does. This paper is made to explain the important role of a Christian teacher in setting an example for students and to explain how a Christian teacher plays the role of an example. This study uses a Christian aesthetic philosophy approach related to the value of beauty. The Christian teacher in his role as an example is enabled by the Holy Spirit to show behaviors that can lead students to the knowledge of the beauty of God's love. This paper is reviewed based on a literature review. The result of this study is that as a Christian teacher as an example, he has a responsibility to represent God's character, namely love. Teachers are enabled by the Holy Spirit to love and respect students as role models. Love can also be felt through the daily learning process. Teachers can also present holistic learning in carrying out their role as role models. In conclusion, Christian teachers as role models can facilitate students' love for each other in the classroom. Suggestions for further research is to explore further about the role of the teacher studied from Christian axiology. 2. Meningkatkan kemampuan murid dalam menghargai pendapat orang lain menjadi sebuah awal yang baik untuk peningkatan karakter murid. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di sebuah sekolah dasar ditemukan masalah bahwa murid tidak dapat menghargai pendapat orang lain. Murid menunjukkan perilaku seperti suka memotong pembicaraan guru, tidak fokus pada saat guru berbicara, mengobrol dengan teman pada saat guru menjelaskan materi, dan meninggalkan perangkat pembelajaran di kelas. Berdasarkan masalah yang ditemukan, guru Kristen sebagai teladan perlu menuntun murid untuk mengembangkan karakter ilahinya melalui proses pembelajaran. Metode diskusi dipilih untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menghargai pendapat orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan penerapan metode diskusi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan murid menghargai orang lain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah metode diskusi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan murid dalam menghargai orang lain. Kesimpulannya adalah metode diskusi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan murid dalam menghargai pendapat orang lain. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah mengatur waktu dalam menerapkan metode diskusi agar setiap langkah dapat dijalankan dengan baik./ Increasing the ability of students to respect the opinions of others is a good start to improve the character of students. Based on observations made in an elementary school, it was found a problem that students could not respect the opinions of others. Students show behaviors such as liking the teacher's talk class, focusing when the teacher is talking, explaining with friends when the teacher explains the material, and leaving the learning device on. Based on the problems found, Christian teachers as role models need to guide students to develop their divine character through the learning process. The discussion method was chosen to improve the ability to respect other people's opinions. The purpose of this study is to explain the factors that can encourage students to respect others in the classroom and explain the application of the discussion method in improving students' ability to respect others. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The result of the research is that the discussion method can be used to improve students' ability to respect others. Students are directly involved in problem solving, so students can learn to respect others. The conclusion is that the discussion method can improve students' ability to respect other people's opinions. Suggestions for further researchers is to manage time in applying the discussion method so that each step can be carried out properly.
