Abstract

Disiplin belajar sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran, karena melalui disiplin belajar siswa menjadi lebih teratur dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di kelas. Siswa yang memiliki disiplin belajar yang baik akan mempengaruhi prestasi belajarnya. Disiplin belajar yang rendah akan mengganggu kesiapan siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Ada permasalahan yang ditemukan terjadi pada siswa kelas I SDK Makedonia Ngabang yaitu masalah ketidakdisiplinan belajar siswa dalam pelajaran PJOK. Ketidakdisiplinan tersebut berupa kurangnya kesadaran diri siswa dan kurang tunduk pada aturan-aturan. Melihat permasalahan tersebut peneliti menerapkan konsekuensi perilaku untuk mengetahui apakah konsekuensi perilaku dapat meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas I dan mengetahui penerapan konsekuensi perilaku dalam upaya meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas I dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Pelton yang dilakukan dalam dua kali penerapan tindakan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Agustus – 19 September 2018 di kelas I SDK Makedonia, Ngabang dengan subjek penelitian 24 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah RPP, umpan balik mentor, jurnal refleksi, lembar observasi skala likert dan check list, serta lembar wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada penerapan tindakan 1 memiliki persentase rata-rata indikator 1 sebesar 85,26% dan indikator 2 sebesar 87,49%. Pada tindakan 2 mengalami peningkatan pada indikator 1 sebesar 95,53% dan indikator 2 sebesar 94,44%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konsekuensi perilaku dapat meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas I SDK Makedonia Ngabang pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan./ Learning discipline is very much needed in the learning process, because through learning discipline students become more organized in learning in the classroom. When students have good learning discipline will affect their learning achievement. Low learning discipline will interfere with the readiness of students to follow the learning process in the classroom. There were problems that were found to occur in the first grade students of SDK Makedonia Ngabang, namely the problem of students' indiscipline in Physical Education. The indiscipline is in the form of a lack of self-awareness of students and not subject to rules. Seeing these problems the researcher applies behavioral consequence to find out whether the consequences of behavior can improve the discipline of learning in first grade students and know the application of behavioral consequences in an effort to improve the discipline of learning for first grade students in subjects of Physical Education. This research uses the Pelton Class Action Research (PTK) method which is carried out in two times the application of the action. The study was conducted on August 27th - September 19th, 2018 in grade I SDK Makedonia, Ngabang with 24 research subjects. The instruments used in this research were lesson plan, mentor feedback, reflection journal, Likert scale observation sheet and check list, and interview sheets. The results showed that the application of action 1 had an average percentage of indicator 1 of 85.26% and indicator 2 was 87.49%. In action 2 there is an increase in indicator 1 by 95.53% and indicator 2 by 94.44%. Then it can be concluded that the application of behavioral consequences can improve the discipline of learning for first grade students of SDK Makedonia Ngabang on subjects of Physical Education.
