Abstract

Tujuan belajar Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) adalah membantu siswa mengembangkan fisik, mental, emosi, dan sosial yang baik melalui aktivitas jasmani yang telah dipilih untuk mencapai hasilnya, dan salah satu materi PJOK ini adalah lari sprint. Betapa pentingnya lari sprint ini sehingga perlu untuk benar-benar dimengerti dan dipahami oleh setiap siswa. Faktanya, peneliti menemukan masalah dalam mengajar lari sprint yang mana siswa beranggapan bahwa belajar lari sprint adalah hal yang melelahkan dan juga, siswa tidak mampu melakukan lari sprint yang benar mulai dari teknik start jongkok, gerak lari sprint, dan teknik memasuki garis finish yang baik dalam lari sprint. Hali ini disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurangnya pengembangan pembelajaran yang dilakukan selama mengajar oleh peneliti, serta kegiatan sehari-hari siswa yang tidak banyak bergerak (berlari). Oleh karena ini, peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas model Pelton yang memiliki lima tahapan penelitian, yaitu: 1) identifikasi masalah, 2) pengumpulan data, 3) perencanaan tindakan, 4) pelaksanaan tindakan, 5) hasil penilaian. Hal ini untuk melihat penerapan permainan hitam hijau dapat meningkatkan kemampuan lari sprint siswa, dan bagaimana penerapan permainan hitam hijau tersebut dapat meningkatkan kemampuan lari sprint siswa kelas IV A di salah satu SD Kristen di Tomohon. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 23 siswa dan dilakukan selama dua bulan dimulai tanggal 19 September 2018 – 31 Oktober 2018. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari dua kali penerapan permainan hitam hijau, peneliti melihat adanya peningkatan kemampuan lari sprint dari tindakan pertama ke tindakan ke dua. Diperoleh dari teknik/indikator: 1) start jongkok meningkat dari 76,81% ke 97,10%, 2) gerak lari sprint meningkat dari 88,41% ke 98,55%, dan 3) gerak memasuki garis finish dari 60,87% ke 86,96%. Oleh karena itu peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa permainan hitam hijau mampu meningkatkan kemampuan lari sprint siswa kelas IV A di salah satu SD Kristen di Tomohon melalui pembagian kelompok hitam dan hijau, berbaris saling membelakangi, melakukan aba-aba start permainan, berlari dan mengejar sesuai aba-aba hitam/hijau, pemberian poin, dan penentuan kelompok pemenang dan kalah berdasarkan poin yang diperoleh./ The purpose of Physical Education is to help students in developing physic, mental, emotion and social through physical activities which have been selected to reach the goal, and one of the materials of this PE is sprint. The importance of PE which makes it needs to be understood by every student. However, the researcher found problem in teaching sprint where the students thought that sprint is fatiguing and they could not do it correctly started from good squat technique, sprint running, and entering finish line technique in sprint. it causes by monotonous learning process and lack of learning developing, also the daily activities of students which lack in movement (running). Because that, the researcher conducted a Pelton model of Classroom Action Research which have five steps, which are: 1) issue identification, 2) data collection, 3) action planning, 4) plan activation, and 5) outcome assessment. It does to know whether the implementation of black green games can improve the students’ sprint skill, and how implementation of black green games can improve the students’ sprint skill of grade IV A in one of Christian Elementary School in Tomohon. The subject of this research is 23 students and was conducted for two months started from September 19, 2018 until October 31, 2018. Based on result of the research form the two times implementation of black green games, the researcher saw the improvement of students’ sprint skill on the first and second action. According to the technique or indicator: 1) squad start improved from 76,81% into 97,10%, 2) sprint running improved from 88,41% to 98,55%, and 3) movement in entering finish line from 60,87% to 86,96%. Therefore, the researcher concludes that black green games can improve the students’ sprint skill of grade IV A in one of Christian elementary schools in Tomohon through group black green division, lining up back to back, doing the instruction, running and pursuing based on the instruction, awarding point and determination of group winner and loser based on the point that they got.
