Abstract

Candra Elvando (01011190056) “PENGARUH INTERFACE QUALITY APLIKASI SHOPEE TERHADAP PURCHASE INTENTION” Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti memiliki tujuan untuk memahami pengaruh interface quality aplikasi Shopee terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan konteks platform e-commerce Shopee dengan menggunakan pendekatan secara kuantitatif yang proses pengumpulan data nya dilakukan melalui kuesioner elektronik berupa Google Forms. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Indonesia dan mengambil responden dengan rentang usia 15-40 tahun keatas. Data ini akan diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS v.4.0.8.5. Kata kunci: Interface Quality, Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Trust, Purchase Intention, Shopee
