Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi dari motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja menjadi salah satu tujuan karyawan. Maka dari itu penulis meneliti empat aspek yaitu motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT XYZ. Pengumpulan data dari responden akan dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner menggunakan google form dan pengolahan data menggunakan Smart-PLS. Penulis melakukan penelitian pada karyawan PT XYZ yang bergerak dalam industri baja yang berlokasi di Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan. PT XYZ merupakan organisasi yang memiliki karyawan yang cukup banyak dan menjadi salah satu perusahaan yang kompeten dan layak untuk melakukan penelitian. Dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 250 karyawan di PT XYZ untuk memperoleh respons dari responden. Penyebaran kuesioner ini akan dilakukan menggunakan google form kepada responden / This study aims to determine whether employee performance is influenced by motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction as one of the goals of employees. Therefore the authors examined four aspects, namely work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance at PT XYZ. Data collection from respondents will be carried out using a questionnaire using Google Forms and data processing using Smart-PLS. The author conducted research on PT XYZ employees engaged in the steel industry located in Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta. PT XYZ is an organization that has a large number of employees and is a company that is competent and worthy of conducting research. By distributing questionnaires to 250 employees at PT XYZ to obtain responses from respondents. The distribution of this questionnaire will be carried out using the Google form to the respondents.
