Abstract

As time progresses, innovation continues to be carried out in the fields of technology and industry. Likewise, the clothing industry is growing rapidly in Indonesia. Consumer demand is high every year, especially around the holidays. Because holidays are synonymous with new clothes and looking different, manufacturers increase their production quantities. The high public interest in clothing makes the clothing industry one of the priorities. This is a form of encouragement for industry players to continue to develop well in the future. However, the clothing industry does not always experience improvement, the community economy is the biggest influence on people's purchasing power. As we experienced when Covid-19 hit, it not only attacked people's health but also the economy at that time. Not a few clothing industry players weakened to the point of experiencing losses and were even forced to close due to lack of capital and difficulty finding buyers at that time. Even though it was a little hampered and experienced a decline when Covid-19 hit Indonesia, it took time to gain stability because Covid-19 had an impact on people's purchasing power. Several studies also show that although fashion and accessories consumption has decreased somewhat during the pandemic, fashion and accessories still dominate the first place in online shopping. This research aims to understand the impact of Ambient Factors, Design Factors, and Social Factors on Satisfaction through Irritation. The research method used is a causality approach. This research uses a quantitative approach, referring to references that can carry out simultaneous analysis related to multivariable research models, namely the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS software. Data for this research was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The characteristics of the respondents are men and women aged 18 – 60 years, live in Surabaya, and are ZARA fashion customers in Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that the Ambient Factors variable has no significant effect on Irritation with a regression coefficient of 0.157; the Design Factors variable has no significant effect on Irritation with a regression coefficient of 0.506; the Social Factors variable has no significant effect on Irritation with a regression coefficient of 0.438; and the Irritation variable has a significant effect on Satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.863.
