Abstract

Motivasi belajar siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran sangat penting. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya guru untuk meningkakan motivasi siswa. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk memperoleh data dan informasi mengenai belajar siswa serta untuk menganalisis efektivitas pemberian reward untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa. Beberapa instrument yang digunakan oleh penulis seperti lembar observasi, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), umpan balik mentor, dan refleksi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa pada saat diberikan reward meningkat. Penggunaan reward cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, sehingga siswa dapat bersikap dengan baik selama proses pembelajaran. Di sinilah peran guru dibutuhkan untuk untuk mendidik siswa agar dapat meneladani karakter Kristus. siswa memerlukan bimbingan guru untuk pemulihan gambar dan rupa Allah serta pemulihan relasi siswa dengan Tuhan, sesama, dan diri sendiri. Dengan demikian, terdapat saran yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru kedepannya. Pertama, guru dapat menggunakan reward untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Kedua guru dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa suatu pengertian dengan ada atau tidak adanya reward siswa harus tetap bertanggungjawab kepada tugasnya Ketiga, guru juga dapat menggunakan verbal reward yang dapat memotivasi siswa seperti “good job” dan “great job”, sehingga siswa dapat terus termotivasi untuk giat dan tekun belajar./The motivation of learning students in the learning process is very important. Therefore, it is necessary for the teacher's efforts to motivate the student. The purpose of this writing is to obtain data and information on student learning mottos as well as to analyze the effectiveness of rewarding to increase learning motivation in kindergarten students. Some instruments used by the author such as observation sheets, Lesson Plan, mentor feedback, and reflection. The results showed that there was an influence on the motivation of students' learning at the time of being rewarded. The use of rewards is effective enough to increase the motivation of students' learning so that students can behave well during the learning process. This is where the role of the teacher is needed to ed ucate students for example the character of Christ. students need teacher guidance for the restoration of God's image and image and the restoration of students' relationships with the Lord, others, and themselves. Thus, there are suggestions that teachers can do in the future. First, teachers can use rewards to increase students' motivation. Both teachers can give students an understanding with the existing or lack of reward students must remain accountable for their duties Third, teachers can also use verbal rewards that can motivate students such as "good job" and "great job" so that students can continue to be motivated to enterprising and diligent learning.
