Abstract

In carrying out their duties, teachers must have competencies according to the standards set by the government, namely pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies. The four competencies are integrated with each other which can affect the performance of a teacher in preparing learning activities. One of them is in determining the teaching materials, both book and non-book teaching materials. In fact, not all teachers have the competence in selecting, determining, designing, developing, and using appropriate teaching materials for the learning process. This research has several objectives to be achieved, namely to analyze the competence of teachers in understanding the suitability of learning theory in the Bupena Book, the suitability of the contents of the Bupena Book with the applicable curriculum, the use of technology in the Bupena Book, the process of assessment and evaluation on the Bupena Book, and the use of the Bupena Book. to take reflective action. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews with seven teachers. The data is processed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are found that the competence of teachers in understanding the suitability of learning theory in the Bupena Book is still not good, while the competence of teachers in understanding the suitability of the contents of the Bupena Book with the applicable curriculum and the competence of teachers in understanding the process of assessment and evaluation in the Bupena Book is quite good. For teacher competence in understanding the use of technology in the Bupena Book and the use of the Bupena Book to take reflective action is good. / Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, guru harus memiliki kompetensi sesuai standar yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional. Keempat kompetensi tersebut saling terintegrasi yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja seorang guru dalam menyiapkan kegiatan pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah dalam menentukan bahan ajar, baik bahan ajar berbentuk buku maupun nonbuku. Kenyataannya, tidak semua guru memiliki kompetensi dalam memilih, menentukan, merancang, mengembangkan, dan menggunakan bahan ajar yang sesuai untuk proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan yang ingin dicapai, yaitu untuk menganalisis kompetensi guru dalam memahami kesesuaian teori belajar pada Buku Bupena, kesesuaian isi Buku Bupena dengan kurikulum yang berlaku, pemanfaatan teknologi pada Buku Bupena, proses penilaian dan evaluasi pada Buku Bupena, serta penggunaan Buku Bupena untuk melakukan tindakan reflektif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan angket dan melakukan wawancara kepada tujuh orang guru. Data diolah dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan bahwa kompetensi guru dalam memahami kesesuaian teori belajar pada Buku Bupena masih kurang baik, sedangkan kompetensi guru dalam memahami kesesuaian isi Buku Bupena dengan kurikulum yang berlaku serta kompetensi guru dalam memahami proses penilaian dan evaluasi pada Buku Bupena sudah cukup baik. Untuk kompetensi guru dalam memahami pemanfaatan teknologi pada Buku Bupena dan penggunaan Buku Bupena untuk melakukan tindakan reflektif sudah baik.
