Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogis merupakan kompetensi penting yang memengaruhi pembelajaran sehingga perlu diperbaiki. Siswa sebagai pemelajar merasakan langsung kompetensi pedagogis guru dalam pembelajaran dapat menjadi sumber belajar melalui masukan siswa. Menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif, penelitian bertujuan mengetahui cara siswa dapat memberi masukan demi perbaikan kualitas kompetensi pedagogis mahasiswa guru dan mengetahui cara masukan siswa dapat memberi perbaikan kualitas kompetensi pedagogis mahasiswa guru. Dasar filosofinya, manusia diciptakan segambar dan serupa dengan Allah sehingga memiliki potensi, begitu juga siswa. Namun, potensi manusia sebagai gambar dan rupa Allah telah cacat karena dosa sehingga manusia dapat melakukan kesalahan. Peran Trilogi Semboyan Pendidikan guru terlaksana dengan pertolongan Roh Kudus. Hasil pernulisan, siswa dapat memberi masukan untuk perbaikan kualitas kompetensi pedagogis guru menggunakan potensi atau rasionya yang ditindaklanjuti guru secara bijak dengan pertolongan Roh Kudus dan ketika guru membentuk atmosfer kelas melalui respons positif. Masukan siswa dapat memberi perbaikan kualitas kompetensi pedagogis guru ketika guru menyadari keterbatasannya, memiliki kerendahan hati, dan masukan tersebut jujur dan membangun. Saran untuk pendidik agar memiliki kerendahan hati dan mau menerima masukan siswa. Saran untuk peneliti, adanya waktu dan pengawasan khusus pengisian form evaluasi pembelajaran, berikan penjelasan ketika masukan siswa tidak ditindaklanjuti, dan sebaiknya penelitian juga dilakukan terhadap guru bukan hanya mahasiswa guru. / Pedagogical competence is an important competency that affects learning so it needs to be improved. Students as learners feel directly the teacher's pedagogical competence in learning can be a source of learning through student input. Using the qualitative description method, the research aims to find out how students can provide input for improving the quality of teacher student pedagogical competencies and find out how student input can improve the quality of teacher student pedagogical competencies. The basic philosophy is that humans are created in the image and likeness of God so that they have potential, so do students. However, human potential as the image and likeness of God has been flawed because of sin so that humans can make mistakes. The role of the Trilogy of Teacher Education Motto is carried out with the help of the Holy Spirit. The results of writing, students can provide input for improving the quality of the teacher's pedagogical competence using the potential or ratio which the teacher acts up wisely with the help of the Holy Spirit and when the teacher forms the classroom atmosphere through positive responses. Student’s input can improve the quality of the teacher's pedagogical competence when the teacher is aware of his limitations, has humility, and the input is honest and constructive. Suggestions for educators to be humble and willing to accept student input. Suggestions for researchers, there is special time and supervision for filling out learning evaluation forms, provide explanations when student input is not followed up, and research should also be carried out on teachers not only teacher students.
