Abstract
Sikap disiplin siswa menjadi unsur penting dalam mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran yang kondusif. Selain itu dengan kedisiplinan, siswa diarahkan pada kepatuhan dan keteraturan, karena pada hakikatnya Allah menciptakan manusia dengan penuh keteraturan dan Allah menghendaki manusia untuk patuh kepada-Nya. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi di salah satu SMA Kristen di Manado menunjukkan bahwa adanya ketidakdisiplinan siswa pada pembelajaran di kelas yang dilakukan secara daring. Sebab itu, guru perlu mencari cara yang tepat untuk dapat mendisiplinkan siswa. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan oleh guru adalah dengan melaksanakan peraturan dan prosedur kelas. Mengacu pada hal tersebut, maka tujuan penelitiannya adalah untuk menguraikan penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas guna membangun sikap disiplin siswa di salah satu SMA Kristen di Manado pada pembelajaran daring. Sementara itu metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Melalui metode tersebut, diperoleh hasil bahwa untuk membangun sikap disiplin siswa peraturan dan prosedur kelas dapat dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan. Mulai dari guru menetapkan peraturan dan prosedur kelas, lalu guru menejelaskannya kepada siswa. Setelah itu, guru menegaskan kembali peraturan dan prosedur. Terakhir, guru memberikan konsekuensi ataupun pujian. Penulis menyarankan bahwa dalam penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas guru harus mempertimbangkan keadaan kelas, konsistensi dan pemberian contoh bersikap disiplin dari guru./ Student discipline is an important element in supporting conducive learning activities. In addition, with discipline students are directed to be able to live regularly and obediently as God wants humans to live regularly and obey His commands. However, based on observations in one of the Christian high schools in Manado, it shows that there is student indiscipline in the online learning process. Therefore, teachers need to find the right way to discipline students. One way that can be used by teachers is to implement classroom rules and procedures. Referring to this, the aim of this research is to describe the implementation of classroom rules and procedures to build student discipline in one of the Christian high schools in Manado in online learning. Meanwhile, the research method used is descriptive qualitative. Through this method, the result shows to build student discipline, classroom rules and procedures can be carried out through four stages. Starting from the teacher establishing classroom rules and procedures, then the teacher explains them to students. After that, the teacher reaffirmed the rules and procedures. Finally, the teacher gives consequences or rewards. The author suggests that in implementing classroom rules and procedures the teacher must consider the class condition, consistency and giving examples of being disciplined from the teacher.
