Abstract

Mengajar secara daring bukanlah tantangan yang mudah, guru harus mempersiapkan materi dan perlengkapan mengajar lainnya dengan tepat. Oleh karena itu, ditengah penyesuaian dengan teknologi sekarang ini banyak guru yang belum maksimal dalam mengajar. Berdasarkan observasi, guru mempersiapkan bahan ajar matematika dengan sangat baik, pemilihan strategi yang tepat, media pembelajaran yang menarik dan gaya mengajar yang tidak membosankan. Namun, pada saat mata pelajaran ppkn, guru terlalu banyak meminta siswa membaca powerpoint, sehingga siswa merasa bosan saat belajar. Seharusnya sebagai seorang guru harus mampu berpikir kreatif dengan mencari cara agar siswa bisa kembali bersemangat, seperti membuat PPT yang menarik atau pembawaan guru yang menyenangkan. Ketika mengajar sebagai guru subjek di sekolah, tentunya setiap pengajaran harus diperlakukan konsisten menyesuaikan dengan materi dan kelas yang diajar. Maksudnya adalah ketika guru kreatif pada saat mengajar pembelajaran matematika, mengapa guru tidak melakukan hal yang sama pada saat mengajar ppkn, oleh sebab inilah dibandingkan bagaimana pengajaran guru pada mata pelajaran matematika dan ppkn. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah menjabarkan kreativitas guru terhadap strategi yang dilakukan pada mata pelajaran subjek. Seorang guru dipanggil untuk memfasilitasi seluruh siswa supaya dapat berjalan bersama Tuhan di dalam kelas. Guru bukanlah hanya pengajar kebenaran, tetapi juga sebagai orang yang memiliki kepedulian bagi para individu dibawah pengajarannya. Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan kreativitas guru terhadap strategi yang kurang tepat pada mata pelajaran subjek dalam pembelajaran daring adalah dengan merancang media pembelajaran yang menarik dilandasi dengan pembawaan guru yang menyenangkan. Saran dari penulis adalah menggunakan sumber-sumber yang lebih beragam agar hubungan kreativitas guru terhadap strategi pembelajaran lebih terlihat/Teaching online is not an easy challenge, teachers must prepare materials and other teaching equipment appropriately. Therefore, in the midst of adjusting to today's technology, many teachers are not maximal in teaching. Based on observations, the teacher prepares mathematics teaching materials very well, choosing the right strategy, interesting learning media and teaching styles that are not boring. However, during civics subjects, the teacher asked too many students to read powerpoint, so that students felt bored while studying. As a teacher, you should be able to think creatively by finding ways to get students excited again, such as making interesting PPT or having a fun teacher. When teaching as a subject teacher at school, of course every teaching must be treated consistently according to the material and class being taught. The point is that when teachers are creative when teaching mathematics lessons, why don't teachers do the same thing when teaching Civics, because this is how teachers teach Mathematics and Civics subjects. The purpose of this paper is to describe the teacher's creativity on the strategies carried out in the subject subject. A teacher is called to facilitate all students to walk with God in the classroom. The teacher is not only a teacher of truth, but also as a person who has concern for the individuals under his teaching. Therefore, the conclusion of teacher creativity on strategies that are not appropriate in subject subjects in online learning is to design interesting learning media based on the pleasant nature of the teacher[A1] . The writer's suggestion is to use more diverse sources so that the relationship between teacher creativity and learning strategies is more visible.
