Abstract

Organization is a place for a group of people who have a purpose wants to be achieved through the people in it. A group of these people the key to achieving predetermined goals. This research is conducted to find out the effects of Emotional intelligence, Extrinsic Motivation, and Intrinsic Motivation towards Employee Performance on employees at PT Mutiaranusa Agro Sejatera used to identify the act of Employee Performance inside the company. This study uses a quantitative approach to the analysis technique of Multiple Linear Regression and processed using SPSS software version 25.0. Sample used in this research are the employees of PT Mutiaranusa Agro Sejahtera Medan who are between the age group of 18–60-year-old, with gender wise of either male or female, prior to the time when the questionnaire is being distributed, 44 respondents from PT Mutiaranusa Agro Sejahtera employees. The sampling method used in this research is probability sampling method. The final output of this research shows that three of the hypotheses are being accepted, this shows that three of the variables have significant effect on Employee Performance. Considering the limitations of the research objective that only taken by the respondents, i.e. Employees of PT. Mutiaranusa Agro Sejahtera, it is expected that the same or modified model can be applied to different objects of the future research. It is recommended for the company to maintain their work system and even improve it in order to maximize the employee performance within the company./Organisasi merupakan wadah bagi sekelompok orang yang mempunyai tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui orang-orang yang ada di dalamnya. Sekelompok orang inilah kunci untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Motivasi Ekstrinsik, dan Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Karyawan PT Mutiaranusa Agro Sejatera yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tindakan Kinerja Karyawan di dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 25.0. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Mutiaranusa Agro Sejahtera Medan yang berusia antara 18-60 tahun, dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki atau perempuan, sebelum saat penyebaran kuesioner, 44 responden dari karyawan PT Mutiaranusa Agro Sejahtera. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode probability sampling. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tiga hipotesis diterima,. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Mengingat keterbatasan tujuan penelitian yang hanya diambil oleh responden yaitu Karyawan PT. Mutiaranusa Agro Sejahtera, diharapkan model yang sama atau dimodifikasi dapat diterapkan pada objek penelitian yang akan datang. Disarankan bagi perusahaan untuk mempertahankan sistem kerjanya bahkan memperbaikinya agar kinerja karyawan di dalam perusahaan dapat maksimal
