Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka memberikan wawasan mengenai kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction), keterikatan pegawai (employee engagement), dan servant leadership pada level manajerial pada manajemen PT ISBS serta pengaruhnya terhadap pencapaian tujuan perusahaan dan keberlangsungan organisasi perusahaan (organizational sustainability). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian yang akan membahas konsep keterikatan pegawai, servant leadership serta kepuasan kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap organzational sustainability. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rentang waktu sembilan bulan, terhitung dari bulan Agustus 2021 hingga bulan April 2022. Penelitian dilakukan pada kantor pusat PT Intisumber Bajasakti yang berlokasi di Jl. Pluit Utara Raya No.61 Penjaringan – Jakarta Utara. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan narasumber jajaran tingkat manajerial PT ISBS, yang terdiri dari 10 orang dan dikategorikan dalam tiga kategori yang terdiri dari tiga orang dari jajaran top management, tiga orang dari jajaran middle management, dan empat orang dari jajaran lower management. Validitas dan reliabilitas penelitian ini didukung dengan triangulasi sumber melalui olah data narasumber, triangulasi teknik melalui observasi dan wawancara, dan triangulasi waktu dengan cara mengumpulkan hasil penelitian dari berbagai macam jangka waktu. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah pencapaian employee engagement pada tingkat manajerial PT ISBS sudah mencapai tingkat yang memuaskan, di mana hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh servant leadership yang diterapkan oleh manajemen, dan tingkat job satisfaction dari setiap manajer yang ada. Hal tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap pencapaian tujuan perusahaan dan keberlangsungan organisasi perusahaan (organizational sustainability). Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan pada perusahaan adalah melakukan peningkatkan profesionalitas dalam kualitas employee engagement. Kontribusi yang dapat diberikan adalah untuk pembaharuan ilmu dengan adanya temuan bahwa servant leadership dan job satisfaction yang baik akan berpengaruh positif bagi employee engagement dan menunjang keberlangsungan organisasi perusahaan (organizational sustainability)./ This study aims to provide insight regarding job satisfaction, employee engagement and servant leadership at managerial level at PT Intisource Bajasakti and thei influence towards the company goals and organizational sustainability. This research is expected to be a reference for research with scope of discussion of the concepts of employee engagement, servant leadership, job satisfaction and their impact on organizational sustainability. This research was conducted over a nine-month period between August 2021 and April 2022. The research was conducted at the Head Office of PT Intisource Bajasakti on Jl. Pluit Utara Raya No. 61 Penjaringan – North Jakarta. The type of research applied in this study is qualitative approach, with ten employees at the managerial level of PT ISBS as the object of research. The employees will be categorized into three categories which consists of three employees from the top management, three employees from the middle management and four employees from the lower management. The validity and reliability of this research is supported by triangulation of sources through data sources, triangulation of techniques through observation and interviews and triangulation of time by collecting research results from various time periods. The results obtained from this study are the achievement of employee engagement at the managerial levels of PT ISBS has reached a satisfactory level, where it is influenced by servant leadership applied by management, and the level of job satisfaction of each existing manager. This has a positive effect on the achievement of company goals and the sustainability of the company's organization (organizational sustainability). Recommendations that can be given to the company is to increase the professionalism in the quality of employee engagement. The contribution that can be made is to update the knowledge by finding that good servant leadership and job satisfaction will have a positive effect on employee engagement and support the sustainability of the company's organization (organizational sustainability).
