Abstract

Pemanfaatan suatu teknologi informasi, dalam hal ini LMS di UPH yaitu Moodle, dapat dilakukan secara efektif apabila mahasiswa sebagai pengguna memiliki kompetensi untuk menggunakannya. Moodle telah digunakan di UPH sejak sebelum pandemi Covid-19 dan pandemi menjadi katalisator penggunaan Moodle. Sementara itu, diketahui belum pernah dilakukan penelitian tentang penerimaan mahasiswa UPH terhadap Moodle. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan mahasiswa UPH terhadap UPH Moodle LMS menggunakan metode TAM. TAM adalah salah satu model penerimaan teknologi informasi, yang terdiri dari 5 variabel yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (PEOU), persepsi kegunaan (PU), sikap penggunaan (ATU), perilaku untuk tetap menggunakan (BIU), dan penggunaan nyata (AU). Terdapat 7 hipotesis awal yaitu PEOU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PU dan ATU, PU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ATU, BIU dan AU, ATU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap BIU, BIU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap AU. Untuk menguji hipotesis tersebut maka disusunlah kuesioner dan disebarkan kepada mahasiswa aktif program S1 reguler UPH Lippo Village angkatan 2020, 2021, dan 2022. Total responden yang mengisi adalah 257 responden dan dilakukan penyortiran data sehingga jumlah data yang digunakan sebanyak 178 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah PEOU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PU dan ATU, PU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ATU dan BIU, ATU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap BIU, BIU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap AU, dan PU tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap AU./ Utilization of an information technology, in this case the LMS at UPH, namely Moodle, can be done effectively if students as users have the competence to use it. Moodle has been used at UPH since before the Covid-19 pandemic and the pandemic became the catalyst for using Moodle. Meanwhile, it is known that no research has been conducted on UPH’s student acceptance of Moodle. Therefore, a study was conducted to analyze the factors influencing UPH’s student acceptance of UPH Moodle LMS using the TAM method. TAM is a model of acceptance of information technology, which consists of 5 variables, namely perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), attitude to use (ATU), behavior to continue using (BIU), and real use (AU). There are 7 initial hypotheses, which are PEOU has a positive and significant effect on PU and ATU, PU has a positive and significant effect on ATU, BIU, and AU, ATU has a positive and significant effect on BIU, BIU has a positive and significant effect on AU. To test this hypothesis, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to active students of the UPH Lippo Village regular undergraduate program batches of 2020, 2021, and 2022. The total number of respondents who filled in was 257 respondents and data was sorted so that the total data used was 178 respondents. Data processing uses SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software. The results of this study are PEOU has a positive and significant effect on PU and ATU, PU has a positive and significant effect on ATU and BIU, ATU has a positive and significant effect on BIU, BIU has a positive and significant effect on AU, PU does not has a positive and significant effect on AU.
