Abstract

Siswa merupakan ciptaan yang segambar dan serupa dengan Allah yang diciptakan memiliki atribut Allah dalam hidupnya. Siswa seharusnya memiliki perilaku etis karena perannya sebagai seorang pelajar. Namun, pada kenyataannya ditemukan beberapa siswa belum berperilaku etis di salah satu sekolah Kristen di Tangerang pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2023. Tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu menjelaskan bagaimana langkah-langkah penerapan pendekatan personal dalam meningkatkan perilaku etis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang didukung dengan sumber yang relevan dan terpercaya. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendekatan personal dapat meningkatkan perilaku etis siswa melalui siswa yang menunjukkan sikap yang memenuhi indikator berperilaku etis. adapun langkah-langkah yang sudah diterapkan yaitu mendengarkan secara empati pendapat siswa, menanggapi secara positif, membantu siswa untuk menganalisis perilaku juga pendapat pribadinya, dan mengarahkan siswa untuk mengambil keputusan yang benar. Untuk memaksimalkan peningkatan perilaku etis siswa, maka pendekatan personal dapat diterapkan dalam waktu yang lebih lama Students are creations in the image and likeness of God who were created to have God's attributes in their lives. Students should have ethical behavior because of their role as students. However, in reality it was found that several students had not behaved ethically at one of the Christian schools in Tangerang in July-August 2023. This writing aims to explain the steps for implementing a personal approach to improving students' ethical behavior. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods supported by relevant and reliable sources. This research concludes that applying a personal approach can improve students' ethical behavior through students show their attitudes that meet the indicators of ethical behavior. The steps that have been implemented are listening empathetically to students' opinions, responding positively, helping students to analyze their behavior and personal opinions, and directing students to make the right decisions. To maximize the increase in students' ethical behavior, a personal approach can be applied over a longer period
