Abstract

Disiplin belajar merupakan sikap yang penting dimiliki siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Akan tetapi berdasarkan penelitian, masih ditemukan kurangnya sikap disiplin belajar siswa TK B yang mengakibatkan pembelajaran berjalan tidak kondusif. Maka dari itu, tujuan penulisan paper ini adalah untuk memaparkan implementasi serta dampak reward and punishment menggunakan media stiker bagi disiplin belajar siswa TK B. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disiplin belajar siswa TK B mengalami peningkatan setelah penerapan reward and punishment menggunakan media stiker. Hal ini terlihat dari persentase indikator disiplin belajar siswa TK B yang mengalami kenaikan antara sebelum penerapan, setelah penerapan pertama, dan setelah penerapan kedua. Peningkatan persentase disiplin belajar siswa TK B ini menunjukkan bahwa penulis berhasil menerapkan reward and punishment menggunakan media stiker dalam upaya meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa TK B. Pemberian reward and punishment menggunakan media stiker memotivasi siswa untuk disiplin dalam mengikuti pembelajaran sehingga membantu proses pembelajaran berjalan kondusif, membantu mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan, serta menjadi karakter atau kebiasaan baik dalam diri siswa itu sendiri. Bagi guru yang ingin menerapkan reward and punishment dalam upaya mendisiplinkan siswa, guru perlu menyesuaikan reward and punishment yang sesuai dengan kondisi siswa. Penanaman sikap disiplin belajar siswa tidak terlepas dari peran guru sebagai teladan. Guru Kristen dipanggil Allah untuk membimbing siswa memiliki karakter yang baik guna menjadikan mereka semakin serupa dengan Kristus. Kata Kunci: Disiplin belajar, reward and punishment menggunakan media stiker, peran guru sebagai teladan/ Learning discipline is an important attitude for students to follow learning. However, based on research, there is still a lack of learning discipline attitude of kindergarten B students which results in learning running not conducive. Therefore, the purpose of writing this paper is to explain the implementation and impact of reward and punishment using sticker media for the learning discipline of kindergarten B students. Based on the results of research, the learning discipline of kindergarten B students has increased after the application of reward and punishment using sticker media. This can be seen from the percentage of learning discipline indicators of kindergarten B students who have increased between before implementation, after the first implementation, and after the second implementation. This increase in the percentage of learning discipline of kindergarten B students shows that the author has succeeded in applying reward and punishment using sticker media in an effort to improve the learning discipline of kindergarten B students. itself. For teachers who want to apply reward and punishment in an effort to discipline students, teachers need to adjust rewards and punishments according to student conditions. Instilling students' learning discipline is inseparable from the teacher's role as an example. Christian teachers are called by God to guide students of good character to make them more like Christ.
