Abstract

Pengakuan atas keberagaman individu menjadi penting dalam merancang pengalaman belajar yang bermakna. Siswa adalah gambaran dan rupa Allah dengan potensi dan keunikan sesuai dengan ciptaan-Nya. Berdasarkan observasi pada kelas kindergarten 3, siswa menunjukkan keunikan masing-masing, termasuk dominasi gaya belajar kinestetik dan audio visual, serta perbedaan dalam tingkat pemahaman, minat, dan motivasi. Antusiasme siswa yang tinggi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menjadi kekuatan yang baik untuk dikembangkan, namun kemandirian serta percaya diri juga merupakan aspek yang harus diperhatikan dalam pengajaran. Penulis mengajarkan subjek literasi dengan topik satwa dengan tujuan membantu murid semakin mengenal Allah dan kedaulatan-Nya, memahami keberdosaan, serta kebutuhan dan rancangan Allah atas diri mereka. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman sepanjang hayat yang ingin dibangun adalah siswa memahami bahwa Allah memberikan tanggung jawab untuk menjaga dan melestarikan ciptaan, termasuk satwa. Oleh karena itu, melalui topik ini siswa diajak untuk mengenal ciptaan satwa dan segala keunikan di dalamnya, yang akan membawa siswa pada rasa kagum dan syukur kepada Allah. Melalui tujuan serta pemahaman sepanjang hayat tersebut, penulis merancang strategi pembelajaran yang mendorong respons dan komitmen murid untuk semakin tunduk kepada kehendak dan kedaulatan Tuhan. Pemilihan ini juga didasarkan pada kebutuhan individu setiap siswa serta target pembelajaran yang ingin dicapai. Oleh karena itu, penulis memilih strategi Inquiry based-learning sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran. Inquiry based-learning merupakan pendekatan yang bertujuan agar siswa dapat mengembangkan kemampuan untuk mengajukan pertanyaan, melakukan pemeriksaan, atau menyelidiki topik tertentu. Hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan perkembangan yang baik, melalui penilaian formatif yang dilakukan siswa memahami setiap sub topik yang diajarkan. Melalui penilaian sumatif, siswa juga mampu melakukan presentasi mengenai pengklasifikasi hewan, keunikan mereka serta tanggung jawab kita terhadap satwa kepada kakak kelas. Melalui hal ini penulis merefleksikan bahwa tidak ada materi yang tidak membawa siswa memahami Tuhan dalam dirinya. Setiap materi seharusnya membawa kita pengenalan yang lebih baik terhadap Allah, sehingga kita tau kehendak-Nya dalam hidup kita. Penulis menyadari masih banyak hal yang harus diperbaiki selama pengajaran seperti manajemen kelas, penulis harus lebih tegas dan konsisten dalam menerapkan aturan dan prosedur yang sudah dibuat sehingga tercipta pembelajaran yang efektif dan bermakna. / Recognition of individual diversity is important in designing meaningful learning experiences. Students are the image of God with potential and uniqueness according to His creation. Based on observations in kindergarten 3, students show their uniqueness, including the dominance of kinesthetic and audio-visual learning styles, as well as differences in levels of understanding, interest, and motivation. Students' high enthusiasm in participating in learning is a good strength to be developed, but independence and self-confidence are also aspects that must be considered in teaching. The author teaches the subject of animal literacy with the aim of helping students come to know God and His sovereignty, understand their sinfulness, and God's need and design for them. Therefore, the enduring understanding to be built is that students understand that God gives them the responsibility to protect and preserve creation, including animals. Therefore, through this topic, students are invited to get to know animal creation and all the uniqueness in it, which will lead students to a sense of awe and gratitude to God. Through this purpose and enduring understanding, the author designed a learning strategy that encourages students' response and commitment to increasingly submit to God's will and sovereignty. This selection is also based on the individual needs of each student as well as the learning targets to be achieved. Therefore, the author chose Inquiry based-learning strategy as the learning approach. Inquiry based learning is an approach that aims for students to develop the ability to ask questions, conduct examinations, or investigate certain topics. Students' learning outcomes showed good progress, through formative assessments students understood each sub-topic taught. Through summative assessment, students were also able to make presentations about animal classifiers, their uniqueness, and our responsibility towards animals to their seniors. Through this, the author reflects that there is no material that does not bring students to understand God in themselves. Every material should bring us a better understanding of God, so that we know His will in our lives. The author realizes that there are still many things that must be improved during teaching such as class management, the author must be more assertive and consistent in applying the rules and procedures that have been made to create effective and meaningful learning.
