Abstract
The Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) or Digital Population Identity application was developed by the government to simplify the management of population documents and replace electronic ID cards (KTP) with digital ID cards. This study aims to analyze the variables that influence user satisfaction with the IKD application. Data collection employed a quantitative approach using purposive sampling, where respondents were selected based on the criterion of having activated an IKD account. A total of 178 respondent data were processed. The questionnaire was designed based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model with five indicators: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The questionnaire measurement used a Likert scale. Data processing methods included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analysis results using SPSS showed that the variables content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness simultaneously influenced user satisfaction with an F-value of 78.164 and a significance of 0.000. The t-test showed that the content variable did not affect user satisfaction with a negative value of -0.779. In contrast, the variables
accuracy (t-value = 3.454), format (t-value = 4.263), ease of use (t-value = 2.332), and timeliness (t-value = 3.959) significantly influenced user satisfaction. Collectively, these five indicators influenced user satisfaction by 68.6%. / Aplikasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) dikembangkan oleh pemerintah untuk mempermudah pengurusan dokumen kependudukan dan menggantikan KTP elektronik dengan KTP digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna aplikasi IKD. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dimana kriteria untuk responden adalah telah melakukan aktivasi akun aplikasi IKD. Jumlah total responden yang dapat diolah adalah 178 responden. Kuesioner disusun berdasarkan model End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) dengan lima indikator: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness. Pengukuran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert. Metode pengolahan data meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa variabel content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness secara simultan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 78,164 dan signifikansi 0,000. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel content tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai negatif -0,779. Sedangkan variabel accuracy (thitung = 3,454), format (thitung = 4,263), ease of use (thitung = 2,332), dan timeliness (thitung = 3,959) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Secara simultan, kelima indikator tersebut mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna sebesar 68,6%.
