Abstract
Telemedicine adalah layanan medis online yang membantu pengguna untuk dapat berobat atau melakukan konsultasi kesehatan tanpa harus mendatangi pusat kesehatan atau rumah sakit. Terdapat berbagai media konsultasi online yang tersedia saat ini, contohnya adalah Halodoc. Dilakukan evaluasi pengalaman pengguna terhadap Halodoc karena keduanya memiliki kemiripan pada fitur-fitur utamanya. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) dalam bentuk Google Form agar mudah dalam pendistribusiannya. Didapatkan data dari 200 partisipan, dan didapatkan bahwa aplikasi Halodoc mendapatkan hasil evaluasi yang positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengukuran pengalaman pengguna kualitas aplikasi mobile Halodoc dengan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Berdasarkan skala ukuran UEQ (Attractiveness, Efficiency, Perspicuity, Dependability, Stimulation dan Novelty). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 200 partisipan. Nilai evaluasi yang didapat oleh skala Attractiveness adalah -1,04 (negatif), nilai evaluasi skala Efficiency adalah 1,29 (positif), nilai evaluasi skala Perspicuity adalah 0,28 (positif), nilai evaluasi skala Dependability adalah -1,10 (negatif), nilai evaluasi skala Stimulation adalah 1,51 (positif), nilai evaluasi skala Novelty adalah 0,92 (positif). Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi mobil Halodoc memiliki interpretasi “Baik”. / Telemedicine is an online medical service that helps users to seek treatment or have health consultations without having to go to a health center or hospital. There are various online consultation media available today, for example Halodoc. An evaluation of the user experience of Halodoc was carried out because both have similarities in their main features. Evaluation is carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) in the form of a Google Form for easy distribution. Data was obtained from 200 participants, and it was found that the Halodoc application received positive evaluation results. This research aims to measure the user experience of the quality of the Halodoc mobile application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Based on the UEQ measurement scale (Attractiveness, Efficiency, Perspicuity, Dependability, Stimulation and Novelty). Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 200 participants. The evaluation value obtained by the Attractiveness scale is -1.04 (negative), the evaluation value on the Efficiency scale is 1.29 (positive), the evaluation value on the Perspicuity scale is 0.28 (positive), the evaluation value on the Dependability scale is -1.10 (negative), the Stimulation scale evaluation value is 1.51 (positive), the Novelty scale evaluation value is 0.92 (positive). From these results it can be concluded that the Halodoc mobile application has a "Good" interpretation.
