Abstract
E-commerce seperti Shopee, Tokopedia dan Lazada merupakan situs web
belanja online yang paling populer di Indonesia dan beberapa negara di Asia
Tenggara dengan peringkat tertinggi dan sudah memiliki jutaan pengguna. Namun,
meskipun banyaknya pengguna aplikasi E-commerce, tidak semua pengalaman
berbelanja online berjalan dengan lancar. Beberapa masalah yang mungkin muncul
meliputi fitur yang membingungkan, tampilan dan tata letak yang rumit, proses
pembayaran yang membingungkan, keterbatasan interaksi manusia, masalah teknis,
dan lain sebagainya. Semua ini dapat berkontribusi pada ketidakpuasan pengguna
dan bahkan meningkatkan tingkat pemberhentian penggunaan aplikasi. Pengalaman
setiap pengguna pada aplikasi Shopee, Tokopedia dan Lazada tentu berbeda-beda
dan memiliki kesenangan, kemudahan, serta preferensi masing- masing dalam
mengakses, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian mendalam untuk menganalisis
pengalaman pengguna pada ketiga aplikasi dan melakukan perbandingan performa
aplikasi yang tergolong terbaik dan termudah untuk pengalaman pengguna dari hasil
penelitian serta menganalisis kelebihan dan kekurangan dari masing-masing aplikasi
melalui observasi dan responden yang sudah menggunakan masing-masing aplikasi
untuk berbelanja dan bertransaksi hingga selesai. Dengan menggunakan metode
HEART Framework dalam penelitian untuk mengukur pengalaman pengguna,
menentukan Happiness (Kepuasan pengguna), Engagement (Keterlibatan
pengguna), Adoption (Sejauh mana pengguna mengadopsi dan memanfaatkan fiturfitur pada aplikasi), Retention (Mempertahankan pengguna), dan Task Success
(Keberhasilan Pengguna menyelesaikan tugas- tugas yang mereka inginkan dalam
aplikasi, seperti menemukan produk, penguasaan fitur, menyelesaikan pesanan dan
pembayaran HEART Framework adalah kerangka kerja yang digunakan untuk
mengukur User experience (UX) guna mengidentifikasi keberhasilan yang berfokus
kepeda pengguna. Proses analisis akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner.
Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, dapat diperoleh informasi bahwa aplikasi Shopee
telah memenuhi semua goal yang diharapkan yaitu semua nilainya lebih besar
daripada 80%. Sedangkan, aplikasi Tokopedia dan Lazada masih belum memenuhi
kriteria goal yang diharapkan, dimana aplikasi Tokopedia memiliki nilai terendah
dari ketiga aplikasi e-commerce yang dianalisis./ E-commerce such as Shopee, Tokopedia and Lazada are the most popular
online shopping websites in Indonesia and several countries in Southeast Asia with
the highest ranking and already have millions of users. However, despite the large
number of E-commerce application users, not all online shopping experiences run
smoothly. Some problems that may arise include confusing features, complicated
display and layout, confusing payment processes, limited human interaction,
technical problems, and so on. All of this can contribute to user dissatisfaction and
even increase app churn rates. Each user's experience on the Shopee, Tokopedia
and Lazada applications is certainly different and has its own pleasure,
convenience and preferences in accessing it, so it is necessary to carry out in-depth
research to analyze the user experience on the three applications and compare the
performance of the applications that are classified as the best and easiest. for user
experience from research results as well as analyzing the advantages and
disadvantages of each application through observations and respondents who have
used each application to shop and make transactions until completion. By using the
HEART Framework method in research to measure user experience, determine
Happiness (user satisfaction), Engagement (user involvement), Adoption (the extent
to which users adopt and utilize the features in the application), Retention
(Retaining users), and Task Success ( User success in completing the tasks they
want in the application, such as finding products, mastering features, completing
orders and payments. The HEART Framework is a framework used to measure User
experience (UX) to identify user-focused success using a questionnaire. Fromthe
results of the analysis carried out, information can be obtained that the Shopee
application has met all the expected goals, namely all scores are greater than 80%.
Meanwhile, the Tokopedia and Lazada applications still do not meet the expected
goal criteria, where the Tokopedia application has the lowest score of the three ecommerce applications analyzed.
