Abstract
Pedagogical competence is one of the important competencies for teachers
to have. As one of the LPTK that produces prospective teachers, XYZ University
has a role so that its students achieve these pedagogical competencies by
organizing a Clinical Placement Practicum program. This research is a type of
evaluation study with the Context Input Process Product (CIPP) model. The
research approach is a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach. The
subjects of this study were determined using purposive sampling method. Data
collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaires and documentation
studies. Data validity was carried out with a source triangulation process. Data
analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and
conclusion drawing. The evaluation results are as follows: a) Context, the program
objectives are in line with the achievement of the profile of graduates of the Faculty
of Education, especially in the competence aspect, in terms of pedagogical
competence; b) Input, the resources used have not been able to fully support the
effectiveness of the implementation of the PPK program, especially to support the
pedagogical competence of students placed in PAUD; c) Process, DPL and Mentor
Teachers have tried to provide guidance to improve the pedagogical competence of
students who are PPK with various mentoring actions. However, the assistance
needs to be improved; d) Product, students are able to provide emotional support
to children, listening skills, skills to interact with early childhood, their ability to
classify early childhood according to their developmental aspects, have
consistently applied rules and procedures. However, it is still necessary to improve
the ability to plan appropriate methods and teaching aids, provide scaffolding,
strengthen children's potential, be personally reflective and evaluative, use
appropriate methods and teaching aids in the classroom. / Kompetensi pedagogik adalah salah kompetensi yang penting untuk
dimiliki oleh guru. Sebagai salah satu LPTK yang menghasilkan calon guru,
Universitas XYZ memiliki peran supaya mahasiswanya mencapai kompetensi
pedagogik tersebut dengan cara menyelenggarakan program Praktikum
Penempatan Klinis. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis studi evaluasi dengan model
Context Input Process Product (CIPP). Pendekatan penelitian yaitu pendekatan
kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini ditentukan dengan
menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui
proses wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan
dengan proses triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi
data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil evaluasi sebagai berikut: a)
Context, terlihat bahwa tujuan program sejalan dengan dengan pencapaian profil
lulusan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, khususnya pada aspek competence, dalam hal
kompetensi pedagogik; b) Input, sumber daya yang digunakan belum sepenuhnya
dapat mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan program PPK, khususnya untuk
mendukung kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa yang ditempatkan di PAUD; c)
Process, DPL dan Guru Mentor sudah berusaha melakukan pembimbingan untuk
meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa yang sedang PPK dengan
berbagai tindakan pendampingan. Namun, pendampingan yang dilakukan perlu
ditingkatkan lagi; d) Product, mahasiswa mampu memberikan dukungan emosional
terhadap anak, keterampilan mendengarkan, keterampilan berinteraksi dengan anak
usia dini, kemampuannya mengelompokkan anak usia dini sesuai dengan aspek
perkembangannya, sudah konsisten menerapkan rules dan procedures. Namun,
masih perlu meningkatkan kemampuan merencanakan metode dan alat peraga yang
tepat, memberikan scaffolding, penguatan potensi anak, sikap reflektif dan evaluatif
secara personal, menggunakan metode dan alat peraga yang tepat.
